Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Only products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered qualify for return.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
